If you come across a source that does not have an individual listed as the author, depending on the source, the title of the organization or the title of the source replaces the individual.

It is appropriate to use the title of an organization as the author when the organization has authored the work. For example, an About Us page is one instance where the organization has authored the work. If the organization has not authored the work, or if it is not clear, use the title of the source in place of the author.
